Cancellation and refund policy
Cancelling online
You can cancel a booking from your booking page.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the rental starts (exactly 48 hours included), the full amount paid is refunded automatically to the card used for payment.
Online cancellations later than 48 hours before the start are not refunded. The reason is shown on the cancellation screen.
Eligibility is decided when the cancellation is accepted. A delay in processing never makes a cancellation that was eligible when accepted ineligible.
When the refund arrives
We start the refund automatically. When it appears on your statement depends on your card issuer.
At the store
At the store, our staff may review your circumstances and respond individually.
