Payment method and timing
Credit card payment via Square, charged when the booking is confirmed.
Delivery of the service
Equipment is handed over on the booked start date at the store chosen when booking (Mountain Station / Central Station). The rental season runs from 12 December 2026 to 31 March 2027.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental starts (exactly 48 hours included) are refunded in full. Online cancellations after that are not refunded. See the Cancellation and refund policy.
